E-Books
When you place your order and your credit card is approved you will see a download button at the bottom left hand side of your receipt page. Click on the link and you will receive your book in PDF format. Simply save the file on your computer and view it electronically or print it at your leisure. Due to the number of pages you can save time and ink if you set your printer preferences to "fast draft" and set the color for grayscale.
Note: Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process and shipping charges are not applied to any e-books. If you experience any problems with your download please contact us for assistance.
You must have Adobe Reader installed in order to view your manual. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed please click here.
Return Policy
E-books for sale on this site are non-returnable. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email or phone.
If you should encounter any problems downloading e-books please send a message giving details of your problem to administrator@martialartsyoungandold.com .
All other books and DVDs may be returned - freight prepaid - within 30 days of the purchase date provided they are unopened (in plastic wrap) and in their original condition. Please contact Sleeping Dog Marketing for a return authorization number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your product is damaged or defective please contact Sleeping Dog Marketing by phone or email to arrange for a replacement.
Backorders
Although most of our products are in stock it is possible that a particular item is not in stock due to unusually high demand. If this happens we will ship all items that we have in stock immediately and will ship the backordered item as soon as it is available. You will not be asked to pay additional shipping charges for backordered items.
We will notify you by email if an item is backordered and give you the option of cancelling the backordered item or leaving it on order.
